We have loved this unit so far. Only two cooks in so I will plan to update in the future. Installation was surprisingly easy. I did it by myself in about 90 mins. The unit is beautiful and has already received compliments. Performance of has been great. Quick to temp, it sense to hold it's temp well, and plenty of smoke flavor! Setting it up on wifi was easy and controlling things from your phone is a great experience. I think this unit brings much more value than the other units in it's price range

My wife purchased this grill for fathers day and more than halfway through the assembly we noticed the external range shelf had serious bends/kinks in the sheet metal as well as the adjacent panel that houses the internal temperature sensor. We reached out to Best Buy as Total Tech members and they told us to return the grill to the store. We spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service agents simply requesting they deliver and assemble a new grill for us and pickup the old one. There are no units currently available to exchange and we are extremely disappointed in the way Best Buy customer support has handled the issue so far. Total tech members used to have so many more benefits and now it seems that they are just leveraging annual fees without actually taking care of their loyal customers.
