I was unable to download in Mac. Unfortunately, I was told the order cannot be returned. Wait time is sooo long for technical assistance. Do not attempt to purchase this from Best Buy unless you're willing to stay on the phone for over an hour for your turn to be helped. Better to purchase the box rather than doing a download. I thought it was easier with the download but the wait time for technical assistance is horrendous.

The program works good but I had trouble downloading it to my computer after I purchased it. Had to call support twice and took about 30 - 45 min to get it working on my machine. I would have canceled it but you can'y cancel digital orders.

Received a download link and when i clicked on the link it took me to a page titled “were sorry something went wrong.” When i asked Best Buy/geek squad to fix it they told me they could go on my computer for an extra charge and fix it. Thank goodness i was able to get my money back.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING, this product is a mess. We purchased this last Sept 20, 2020 and the download link doesn't work and until now we haven't used this product. We asked for a refund because we purchased a different anti virus Brand and the customer service just made us a like ping pong we've been passed to 12 agents and nothing happed. Seriously worst product and customer service.

It is working very good. I did have trouble installing it and had to make several calls. It was a combination of removing my old Kasperky and getting the Trend Micro installed.

This is the hardest software to install. I was on the phone with geek squad and transferred to 3 different departments, but my issue was resolved. Be aware that the download link does not work and the serial number may not work as well!! I would not buy this software through Best Buy again.
