I thought I was purchasing an installation cd. I asked the cashier if it was in the box. She said it seemed like it. I said okay. Got home, opened the box and found a booklet that tells you to go to a website and has a product license code. Go to the website and installed. Entered code and it didn't work. Had to call trend micro. They guided me to another website to install. This time it worked. Once installed, the product works well. Kind of a pain to get going, but once it's going it works well.

I purchased the Trend Micro AV+Security Program sinxce I previously had a free version supplied by my ISP. Little did I realize that I would have immense problems trying to install it, which is not saying that anyone else would also have problems. My problems are somewhere within my computer either registry or conflicting drivers or other problems. Sorry to say as of this writing I still have not had any successeven with immense help from Trend Micro Support Teams. Down side for me is Best Buy does not allow returns on AV Software.

After reading the outer packaging, it did not meet my needs. Does NOT work with Windows Vista even though the packaging claims it does. No disc, just an online download. Not what I expected

I have used this product for years on 3 devices in my main home without any issues. I was setting up a computer in my vacation home and did not hesitate purchasing the same protection ... I don't think I even looked at the price!

I have been using Trend for several years and I have never had a problem. I feel secure while on the net. It advises me on any dangers from a website I'm in or on a search. I really like Trend and it has not disappointed me.

I have used this anti virus/security software for many years and I have never been infected nor had any internet issues. I am on the internet a lot. It warns you if you are going anywhere unsafe. I would highly recommend it.

For the price it the protection is good. It runs it daily scans and prompts when it suspects something dangerous. No issue so far.!
