Influenced by the likes of Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Elvis and many more of the early rockers, vocalist Troy Shondell became a singing idol while still in his teens. He first broke into the limelight in 1961 with InchThis Time,Inch a song written by the great Chips Moman, a man who would later become Elvis Presley's producer. InchThis TimeInch topped the charts for an unprecedented 16 weeks during the summer of '61. The rare tracks presented here feature a rare a side entitled InchGone,Inch coupled with the lovely ballad, InchTears from An Angel,Inch culled from the same sessions for the Everest tag in 1963.
