aesthetically pleasing, but didn't come with any instructions and the rope was way too long for me so I needed to adjust it but there were screws that were loose hanging on them and I turned them back and forth and nothing ever happened

The wire is thin and hurts when you mess up. Move thing is you can replace with a thicker rope.

I've been using a weighted jump rope before this one and it helped a lot. But this one is perfect for longer periods of sweat. Definitely recommend

It broke easily, I can't figure out how to fix them. Be careful of the ends and how tight the lock is! The rubber slides off easily making it easy to cut!

Terrible. Shipped in a cheap nylon bag, and was missing one of the adjustment screws, making it just a useless aluminum cord.
