Sturdy and works as a balance ball. Make sure you have a pump that will work with it.

Overall good and does what I need. However, it is unfortunate that the ball came with no air pump. Thankfully a family member had one so I could pump it up and start using it.

It is sturdy and is helping me with my back while I work or watch TV at home.
