I love turbo tax been using these products 25 yrs!! And Best Buy’s digital prams are easy to download and my app keeps track of my purchase and the code for the programs.

Great software. I used the digitial version. No issues. After downloading. It lets you run a update. Then, off you go. I filed jointly. It was able to transfer my info from last years. Then I just put in my new numbers. We are retired when our own home. So took standard deduction. Simple. FI EFILED. And got our refunds in less than two weeks. Love turbo tax. Been using for many years. Basic computor skills only required.

i trust turbotax each year to help with taxes, and their products have various levels of complexity available. I have used both the basic and deluxe versions, plus the free version online. Great support team. Filing electronically is very quick...IRS/State responses are given within a couple of days!

I have been using Intuit TurboTax for tax preparation for 15+ years, and there has never been an IRS problem. The product is very easy to after the first experience. The product has always been available at Best Buy the week following Christmas and I start the new year off with tax return prep. Refunds are usually received the last half of February.

I have used Turbotax for years, and this year was no different from previous years -- It had no glitches, and worked well. I particularly like using the step-by-step approach, letting it lead me through all the situations that might apply. Easy as pie. E-file, and done!

TurboTax allows you to input your information very easily and upgrade if you need more functionality. It costs less than going to a tax accountant and simplifies the process so most people can complete their taxes in an hour or two. Competitive pricing with HR Block, but would appreciate if it cost less, but that is a duopoly for you.

seemed pretty quick this year, as I have a fairly simple return with no fancy stocks or bonds to deal with. Transferred over my info from last year, although wife gets full credit for that as bought a new laptop and dragging over the files.
