If you are in a straightforward financial / tax circumstance with no multifaceted stocks, bonds, properties, rentals, write offs, deductions, etc. this program is quite good. I’ve never been audited and have always received a refund. The price is right, and it’s to use.

I've tried others and even a mix of others, but I still do best with Turbo Tax. I prefer the deluxe ed., as I can file Pa taxes as well. My wife and I both work for other companies, own a home, and I would say we are pretty much the average taxpayer. We don't own a business or own any rental property. Even still, Turbo Tax walks you through things, in an interview-style format - that I love. One CAN file for free, if you're only using the EZ Form; for what's that worth. The software automatically stays on top of updates, which is a nice feature. I'll buy it again next year.

I ordered this online for pickup at the store. I was notified by e-mail when it was ready, drove to the store, parked, and the item was brought out to me. I used it to calculate my 2019 Federal and California State income taxes, and to e-file both of them. My forms were electronically checked by the TurboTax system for math errors and unusual entries. It took about two hours, and saved me $200 over having my old tax preparer do it. I had both State and federal refunds in a week's time. A great buy.

Have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and completed my taxes fast accurately with easy ability to save copies no problems and gives you all the information deductions credits and details you need to get it done. This year they changed the download of program adding License code to product which is really causing problems with having to add state tax at additional cost when its included in program so you have to be patient and contact customer service at times long wait to speak with individual . Long wait but the customer service personal are great they get you back into completing your taxes with slight delay overall great program

Thanks turbotax for a simple to follow program. My wife and I have become annual buyers of turbotax. The instructions are clear, it allows the user to pause, go back, re enter info, and constantly recalculates at the top of the screen the amount we owe or are owed. Tax time (April 15) is no longer a dreaded time with this program. Oh, the price is right, also.

I have ben using Turbo Tax for over 20 year and never had a problem filling my tax with no problems. It is so easy to follow and add the required data. My only problem this year you need to input a control number so only have program on my main computer. The other thing it keep asking my why I was using windows 7 not 10 making me think it will not work with windows 7 next year.

Every year my accountant raised my prices and I was no longer willing to pay those high fees, so I gave turbo tax a try several years back and I now use turbo tax every year. It is user friendly and accurate. It walks you through everything, even if you have complicated taxes. And it saves your profile and information so every year it is easier and saves time.

TurboTax Deluxe is excellent. Been using this for three years now and it's very easy to use, answers any question you could possibly have about filing your taxes, and stands behind the calculations. What more could you ask for? A worthwhile investment every year! HIGHLY recommend.

For people who are unsure about filing by themselves, they offer professional guidance for a reasonable extra fee. Disappointed that while software for state tax is included that there is an extra fee to file state electronically.

I have used Turbotax for myself and Family every year since 2006. I actually had HR Block check my taxes one year to see if they could do any better and they admitted they could not. As long as there is Turbotax I will be using it.
