I was very nervous about having the larger TV we purchased mounted. I didn’t know if I cleared the way enough or whether my 6 yr old mounting bracket would fit the new screen but the Geek Squad techs were patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough. They did a beautiful job reconnecting my multiple source components and other TV related components. Everything worked beautifully when they were finished. The men answered all my questions and they didn’t leave till until they cleaned up the box and packaging material. Very happy with this installation job!!

I originally had a Samsung TV installed but decided to switch to the LG G5, and Geek Squad made the whole process effortless. They uninstalled the Samsung carefully, handled the return, and even repositioned my wall mount so the new LG fit perfectly snug. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about doing things right. They took the time to make sure everything was level and secure before wrapping up. Super impressed — they made what could’ve been a stressful swap completely stress-free.

First off, the mounting service, removal of the old TV and set up of the new one was included in the price of the TV, because I’m a total tech member. Not sure how you could beat that anywhere else. Second, Geek squad did an amazing and professional job Removing and mounting the new TV.. They were very good about giving me timely notifications on their arrival. THey did an excellent job mounting the 85 inch TV and asking where I exactly wanted it and placed it perfectly. Highly recommend Best Buy for for the mounting service.

In preparation for an upcoming move, the agents uninstalled my wall-mounted tv and packed it in a box that I had purchased separately. One of the agents, Ulises, had been to my house a few months prior to uninstall a broken security camera and to install a new one. Both experiences were excellent!! I would highly recommend Geek Squad to install or uninstall any electronics.

Scheduler: the representative that scheduled my appointment coded the service as an “uninstall” when it was actually an “install” of TV mount. Installlers: installation was quick and accurate. They called the day prior to confirm and answered my questions. They also installed the cordmate which made it look very professional. One unfortunate thing that I’m disappointed about is they laid the cordmate packaging on my leather ottoman and it got stuck to my ottoman and ripped off some of the leather. Attention to detail is important when laying things around. Otherwise I’m very happy with the placement of my TV on the wall. I had been indecisive about hanging it for a long time and I’m glad I finally did it.

Ravi and his partner were amazing! They were on time, professional and unmounted my 70' TV in like 5 mins lol Ravi was nice enough to even patch up & smoothed down the holes in the wall that the screws made after he took them out. They were polite and quick:) I so appreciate this service... I just wish it was included in my membership like it used to be but I'll definitely use them again:)

We could never have taken this TV and its components off the wall ourselves. The two techs knew exactly what to do. My only complaint is they did a lopsided job fitting the TV into the $50 oversized TV moving box we had to buy separately from U-Haul. It was difficult to move the misshapen box onto the moving van and we worried (unnecessarily) about it surviving the trip.

The agents were on time and completed the task without a hitch. This saved me thousands as I had my mover bring the TV to our new home and we performed the new install ourselves. Did the Xfinity self and everything is streaming Great!

Gee and Eddie uncounted my old TV and put in my new mount and new tv without any difficulties. They kept our place neat vacuumed up dust from drilling and took away the old boxes. They were awesome.

The guys were simply awesome. They answered every question I had to help me set up my new speakers, but the TV was delivered damage, but these guys did everything they can to ensure I get a new one delivered.

I was super happy with my 75 inch tv but i started experiencing some distortion and buffering issues. I took this opportunity to downsize my tv but upgrade the model and i am not sad about it at all. The team showed up and uninstalled the 75 inch and then installed the 65 inch. I have no regrets. These guys were so patient. And they made sure to get it right

Agents were super nice & efficient. Unfortunately, my new (replacement) tv is defective & am waiting to replace my replacement. Defective screen across the middle of the tv.
