Q: does battery include tools to install it
A: No tools came with my battery. If you have an iPhone, you need an Apple battery. This is not. And Best Buy told me when I went in to have it installed: 1: They have the battery in the store. I called them previous to ordering and was told to order on line. 2. The phone battery needs to be below 80%. Mine is 82%. 3. It take up to 5 hours to change the battery and get it charged and back to me. 4. I do not want to leave my phone. So I am just not getting a new battery.
