To prepare for installation, clear a path from the street to the kitchen wide enough to accommodate the refrigerator/ice maker. Make sure someone 18 or older is present at the appointment time.
We'll disconnect the existing unit from utilites.
We'll use the manufacturer-supplied hardware to mount the refrigerator/ice maker. Then, we'll connect it to your existing utilities using up to 20 feet of supply line and a new water line kit (sold separately, automatically added at checkout).
We’ll clean up and recycle all packaging and make sure your new appliance is functioning properly. Finally, we’ll answer any questions you may have and let you know how to contact us for future support.
When you purchase a qualifying appliance from Best Buy, we’ll haul away and recycle or relocate your old one for you (not included).
Additional charges may apply for permits required by your municipality, cabinet or counter modifications, and utilities like valves or outlets which are non-functional or not-up-to code. Relocation does not include reconnection.
