I purchased two Second Generation HomePods to use with my new AppleTV. Since I’m a Total Tech member, I also got AppleCare + for each HomePod. Well, one worked for a few months and then stop syncing and pretty much became useless. Neither Apple or Best Buy could do anything despite all my extra plans I purchased. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with both Apple and Best Buy.

I have My Best Buy Total Membership and Apple Care comes with Apple devices purchased thru Best Buy and are auto added to the program. One great piece of mind when making a purchase and you don't have to forget about adding it. I Love It!
