The tenth in Rivermont's popular InchBig BroadcastInch series features a variety of excellent jazz, dance band, and vocal recordings of the 1920s and 1930s selected by Rich Conaty, host of the long-running vintage music radio program InchThe Big BroadcastInch heard Sunday evenings on WFUV-FM in New York City. Many of these selections are making their first appearance on compact disc, and some are being issued here for the first time anywhere. All have been expertly remastered from the best available sources. Conaty provides insightful introductions to each recording in the enclosed 20-page illustrated booklet.
