Various Artists - R&B The Ultimate Throwback Collection / Various - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

This is 'R&B The Ultimate Throwback Collection', a new 3CD set featuring 60 brilliant tracks from the '90s and '00s, when soulful vocals blended with Hip Hop beats, and Pop production values with dancefloor energy, creating a new generation of global superstars like The Black Eyed Peas, Fugees, and Mary J. Blige. And proving this wasn't just a US phenomenon, the UK produced homegrown talent like All Saints, Another Level, Craig David and Rita Ora. Harking back to a time of Doo Wop, the era saw an explosion of classy vocal groups like Boyz II Men, en Vogue and SWV, and big budget videos made icons of stars like Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, and P!nk. Packed with the biggest and best songs, 'R&B The Ultimate Throwback Collection', features chart-topping hits from All Saints ('Never Ever'), Fugees ('Killing Me Softly With His Song'), Montell Jordan ('This Is How We Do It'), Mary J. Blige ('Family Affair'), Blackstreet, Dr. Dre & Queen Pen ('No Diggity'), 50 Cent ('In Da Club'), Nelly ('Hot In Herre'), Outkast ('Hey Ya!'), All 4 One ('I Swear'), K-CI & Jojo ('All My Life'), and many more smooth Soul ballads and body shaking floorfillers. Three discs, sixty songs, one big party - this is 'R&B The Ultimate Throwback Collection'.
