Vater Percussion offers the Standard Wire Brushes, a matched set of non-retractable implements engineered for acoustic percussion and low-volume musical genres. Designed with flexible wire bristles, these brushes produce consistent sweep textures and articulation on drumheads, making them suitable for jazz, soft rock, and studio settings. The handles feature a soft rubber grip to support a secure hand feel and minimize vibration during performance. Each brush includes an integrated metal rivet on the butt end, providing a dedicated surface for executing cymbal scrapes and percussive accents. With a physical length of 13 inches, this one-pair set is cataloged under manufacturer part number VWTS and UPC 641652029010, ensuring genuine factory specifications for consistent weight and balance.
Engineered with high-tensile wire bristles to deliver the classic, smooth acoustic sweep textures and crisp percussive articulation required for traditional drumhead play. This high-tensile bristle composition allows drum set players to generate diverse tonal colors and dynamic patterns, making it highly effective for live jazz, soft rock, and intimate, low-volume acoustic venue tracking.
Features a fixed, non-retractable brush layout that provides an instantly familiar, consistent weight distribution across the entire shaft. With no moving interior parts to rattle, slip, or shift during fast playing patterns, this design ensures immediate playability straight out of the stick bag and a highly dependable physical throw in both hands.
Outfitted with a dense, soft rubber handle casing across the shafts to minimize hand fatigue, absorb hard physical vibrations, and ensure a secure, slip-resistant hold. This comfortable, tactile grip provides percussionists with consistent physical feedback and a secure hand feel during long rehearsal sessions or dynamic live stadium gigs.
Equipped with a heavy-duty metal rivet securely embedded on the base end of each handle, offering a built-in percussive tool. This dual-ended configuration allows players to transition rapidly from standard sweeps to distinct cymbal scrapes and striking rim effects without having to swap out playing implements.
Shipped as a balanced, factory-matched one-pair set to ensure a uniform physical profile and consistent rebound control in both hands. Registered under manufacturer model code VWTS and UPC 641652029010 to guarantee authentic factory production, genuine percussion category quality standards, and straightforward retail inventory tracking.
