We bought this on a whim and I'm glad I did. It is a lot of fun to use. Getting it do go in a straight line took a bit of practicing, but once we figured it out, it was fun to navigate around obstacles. We have yet to try it in water, but will probably get a chance in a few weeks. The battery life has been pretty impressive so far. We have refrained from trying to scare an unsuspecting person into thinking it is a real snake out of fear that we might scare them into hurting themselves, but my daughters love it when I let them "fool" me.
