With so many e-bikes on the market, it was difficult to choose the right one, but after extensive research, I finally settled on this model. It offered everything I was looking for—great range, hydraulic brakes, a 750W motor, and reliable support. Plus, there are several local bike shops in my area that can service it if needed. My bike arrived on schedule after ordering online, and the packaging was clean and well-protected. Setting it up was straightforward, and the bike is extremely comfortable to ride. The power feels just right, although I haven’t unlocked it to Class 3 yet—I plan to once I feel more comfortable. The brakes are solid and responsive, stopping exactly when needed. The only downsides I’ve noticed are that it's a bit heavy to lift in and out of the car, and the folding strap is on the shorter side—I wish it were longer. Overall, this bike has exceeded my expectations. It’s a blast to ride, and I’m excited to take it out on some scenic rides soon.

I’m ver happy with my purchase. The bike showed up very well packed. I was able to assemble it watching the YouTube video. The color blue is beautiful and is super comfortable to ride. I would recommend this bike to friends.
