Does this support magnetic wireless chargers? I have a charging magnetic phone mount in my car and I want to confirm that the phone will charge when mounted using this case.
Answered by VENAThe vCommute case is designed to be compatible with magnetic car mounts, so it will attach securely to your magnetic phone mount in the car. It has built-in metal plate support in the back flap for that purpose. For wireless charging, it is also generally compatible with Qi wireless chargers, including magnetic-style charging mounts. However, there are a couple of important notes: - The wallet flap should be opened or positioned flat to allow proper contact with the charger - Remove any metal cards inside the case, as they can interfere with charging - It is not MagSafe-certified, so magnetic alignment charging may vary depending on the strength/placement of your car mount or charger We cannot guarantee it will charge as it needs proper contact to the charge coils.
