We use the jet pack while we are camping in our motorhome and it works well even in remote area.

This is the perfect jetpack. It works well with small electronic devices.

Works as expected. Just pay attention to your plan because it uses data quickly and streaming, etc. will use that data quickly and the MiFi will then have limited data.

Works as advertised. Better than using phone as hotspot.

Bought this unit to replace an older Jetpack. We primarily use it for camping (RV) and streaming TV, as well as Distance learning for the Children. Works great, no issues, and gets the job done.

I love it-very easy to use but I would not use Verizon they told me they could not help me after a week. When the week was up they said they would call they didn’t thank gosh I found help

Was one of the best investments ever made. The trip to Virginia was so much simpler with two boys playing their games with the help of the jet pack. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has kids to keep them occupied. The price I wasn’t happy about but like I said it saved the trip.

This hotspot works great. It has the Qualcomm X20 modem which means you will get the fastest possible LTE speeds on Verizon. With the new 2A software update, it fixes all of the disconnects and reboots that were a problem before. Using on prepaid and works great with it. Supports QuickCharge and comes with a QuickCharge charger. Overall an excellent device for use on the Verizon LTE network. Highly recommend it!

We had AT&T DSL service, and it was horrible. We got this JetPack, connected it, and immediately cancelled AT&T because it works so well. The only problem is with a prepaid account, you get a limit of data. If you run out, you have to pay extra. If you don't use all your data, then you lose it.

Love that it's easy to use and set up! Makes it nice that your family can be on the main wifi but a guest can be on their own wifi and you have the option to block certain devices and people.

My daughter was complaining about the WiFi in her dorm room. With the pandemic, having good WiFi service is a must since the majority of their classes are via Zoom. So, I bought this device so her and her roommate could have WiFi service. They’re happy, so I’m happy.

Works well. Allows Wifi for kids tablets during travel. Sometimes it seems gets more bars than my phone.

This is an awesome hotspot device. Needed something that could be left on 24/7. No issues whatsoever.

It has worked well for the purpose I bought it for. I use it in a rural location where the signal is weak. It has so far allowed me to get decent performance in order to work remotely.

This hot spot came in handy during my graduate program. It is lightweight and portable. I get connection anywhere.

This is a great mobile WiFi device. Set up was easy. Great for traveling.

Overall a huge improvement over prior versions. It could be a little bit better in terms of signal strength, but overall I think this is as good as you get in terms of hot spots.

MY DAUGHTER IS A MISPLACED COLLAGE STUDENT. WE HAVE A VACANT HOUSE IN THE FAMILY AND SET UP A STUDY/CLASS AREA THERE BUT NO PHONES OR INTERNET WERE AVAILABLE. THIS HOT SPOT HAS WORKED OUT WONDERFULLY TO PROVIDE THE NEEDED INTERNET AND HAS ENOUGH (WHATEVER IT IS) THAT SHE CAN SHARE HER STUDY SPACE AND INTERNET WITH FRIENDS WHO WERE ALSO DISPLACED WHILE RESPECTING THE NEEDED SOCIAL DISTANCES. ALSO, HOOKING UP WITH VERIZON WORKED OUT QUITE NICELY.
