I was so excited to finally purchase an upgraded Motorola cellphone (Verizon) but greatly disappointed after using it for a month. Pros: It looks nice... Cons: The Volume Only comes out of the bottom of the phone so if You don't flip the bottom of it up toward your ear, it's hard to hear even with it on speaker phone. :o/ The phone gets confused at times and won't put a call through saying I need to use wifi - which I always use on my own wifi the majority of time and my wifi works correctly. (I'm tech savvy) Data was transferred from my old Motorola E4 to My Moto G Power 2021 (at a Verizon store) and something is amiss with the phone numbers, some are no longer in the database and some only have either home or cellphone listed but not both. Over the past 3 weeks folks call my phone only to receive a recording saying my voicemail isn't setup. Why? I always have the phone near me, I don't block anyone and there's no reason calls shouldn't go through to me. Also numerous times I've tried to make calls only for the calls to never attempt going through. Same with text messages - sending or receiving. It's possible the culprit could be Verizon since the towers in my area are very crappy and obviously not properly maintained. (Par for the course in urban and rural areas in Missouri. Approx 2 weeks ago when I was having difficulty sending or receiving calls or texts, I was suddenly interrupted by a message from Motorola informing me that I needed to restart the phone due to updates. Well that did seem to help the odd phone issues for 2 or 3 days but now I'm back to having to send and receive emails on my Computer because friends and family aren't able to contact me via phone or text over 90 percent of the time. Also many times I will receive text messages but No announcement (and phone isn't muted) The pics on my old Moto E4 came out nice but the pics on this phone come out too bright (no flash used) as though I'm taking photos facing the sun. It's difficult to look through pics on this new phone, it always seems to revert back to wanting to take a pic. Motorola changed the way a lot of the apps Used to act which has made it a major headache to deal with. Even trying to find the "Add" to add someone to contacts is a nightmare in itself. After this new experience and previous probs with Verizon, I would Not recommend Verizon or the Moto G Power 2021. As I said previously, the issues could mostly be caused by Verizon's horrific service in Missouri or they could be half of the problem and the new Motorola the other half. Either way the phone was way overpriced but I found the best deal on it at Best Buy. (I don't blame Best Buy for the above issues). Wish Motorola would update software on their older phones. I'd rather go back to using my old Moto E4 and get rid of the G Power 2021. :o/

Purchased the prepay version as it was cheaper than the unlocked, however when Verizon service degraded it was not easy to unlock. I was able to get it unlocked and move from Verizon will buy unlocked devices from now on. Moto G has great battery life and is good value for the price. I would recommend the device just not the locked portion which is why I still rated it as recommended.

Long battery life, easy to use, and overall a good quality product. The phone has a sleek design, nice camera, and is an excellent budget friendly phone.

I often find myself with buyers remorse even when I make a smart purchase but not in this case. I am so pleased with my purchase and myself! I really wanted to stay with Motorola because I love the Gestures features. The price was right here, I compared and researched for a week prior to buying. NO WHERE ELSE CAME EVEN CLOSE to being similarly priced. Purchase was quick and easy. My order came quickly and right to my door. This phone is worth much more than I paid for it. It could easily go for $300+. 48mp camera, 64GB mem, hotspot, 4G RAM, LONG LASTING BATTERY (its true! It seriously holds a charge!). Some experts say the screen is a downgrade but I think the quality is perfect. I do not regret this purchase, I only wish I did it sooner!

Sleek.easy to use and plentiful memory for all my applications. Colors crisp and camera work nice indoor or out. Touch screen is very responsive. All together with a great price.

Large screen. Phone looks super sleek, especially on the back. Battery has lasted me forever. I only ever charge it at night before i go to bed and it lasts me all day with plenty of charge left. Fast. No issues with anything so far. Camera is good quality. I think this is a great phone for the price by far!

Bought two of these, one for myself and one for my father, and they've been great. The screens could definitely be better, as they're not even FHD. Plus the speakers are very mediocre. Apart from that, these are really great, simple phones with good performance and superb battery life. And at this price point, I think they're a steal. Couple notes on this phone: Sim Card: Yes, both of the ones I ordered came with a Sim card pre-installed. Bloatware: If you're worried about pre-installed bloatware since this is a carrier branded phone, don't be. Yes it comes with quite a few useless apps, but nearly all of them can be completely uninstalled. Only the few core verizon apps can't be (and they're small anyway).

This is an unlocked device which allows for choice of carrier's and I personally prefer Verizon. The phone is moderately priced but performs like a more exspensive phone. It continues to impress me and is very user friendly. Lot's of options and features. Auto pay is easy set up and so convenient

We bought 2 phones a few weeks ago, so far so good. Our previous moto phones were 4.5 yrs old, still working for the most part, but finally having enough issues that it was time to replace them at our pleasure. This phone is a little taller, but that means larger fonts, etc which is good for us. The camera is great and I always liked the old one. Very clear pictures. We don't stream, etc so can't speak to that. Phone is fine ( this is a phone after all), gps good, other programs are fine. The phone, with preloaded programs, before I loaded anything, used 49gb, so 64 gb is barely enough. Save pics to the sd card, it can use a big one, 512gb I think. Overall, happy so far, just learning the new swipes, etc. Use the tutorial, it's a big help!

Motorola has great phones with different price range options. I don't like that they are going to last for a couple of years and only update once (the OS). I've had Motorola phones for the past 10 years at least and there is not much difference between a $400-500 phone than a $150 phone. Batteries don't last and they are a royal pain to change out without doing damage. Keyboards only last a couple of years as well. The best characteristics of this Moro G Power for me is the external storage capacity and the long lasting battery. It's a great phone. I might try and perform a manual OS upgrade from my computer. For me, it's an option of Motorola or Samsung with huge price discrepancies. You have to ask, "What will I use this phone for?"

The phone is the best I've ever owned and good value for money. Verizon however has been a trial. The new number I received was used be someone who never paid a bill. I've received 20 plus calls in a week.

This is a good solid performer for Verizon prepaid. The price here at Best Buy is FAR cheaper than through Verizon. A good phone for those who want good streaming and call quality. Reliable, strong value. Excellent battery life and fast charging.

This is a great phone. Great features and love the long battery life. I would have given it 5 stars if it was smaller. I am use to a smaller phone.
