This large-capacity frozen prep table features a digital control screen to maintain internal temperatures between 0~-8℉ / -18 ~ -22℃. Adjustable shelves allow for dual-zone storage, and internal lighting makes it easier to access and organize items.
The widened and thickened work surface allows you to chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare various dishes. The 2.1" thick countertop provides excellent stability. Equipped with 4 heavy-duty casters at the bottom, you can easily move the table as needed.
The unit features a branded compressor and finned copper tubing for consistent and even cooling, ensuring long-lasting frozen for your ingredients. The cabinet door is insulated with a foam layer and closes automatically within a 75° angle without needing to be pushed, enhancing food frozen and energy efficiency.
Constructed with stainless steel, the body is durable and resistant to corrosion. The evaporator uses electrophoretic coating with anti-rust paint to protect the welds from corrosion and prevent refrigerant leakage.
