This large-capacity refrigerated prep table features a digital control screen to maintain internal temperatures between 33-41°F / 2-8°C. Adjustable shelves allow for dual-zone storage, and internal lighting makes it easier to access and organize items.
Equipped with a 8.3" / 210mm wide removable cutting board, providing ample space for making sandwiches and 14-inch pizzas. The open shelving includes 9 x 1/6 pans and 3 x 1/9 pans, made of food-grade PC material that is easy to clean.
The unit features a branded compressor and finned copper tubing for consistent and even cooling, ensuring long-lasting freshness for your ingredients. The cabinet door is insulated with a foam layer and closes automatically within a 75° angle without needing to be pushed, enhancing food preservation and energy efficiency.
Constructed with stainless steel, the body is durable and resistant to corrosion. The evaporator uses electrophoretic coating with anti-rust paint to protect the welds from corrosion and prevent refrigerant leakage. The bottom is equipped with pre-installed anti-slip brake casters for easy movement, and a cleaning brush is included for removing dust from the evaporator.
This sandwich prep table is designed with security in mind, featuring overload protection that automatically shuts down the unit during abnormal use. The insulated button design significantly reduces the risk of electric shock.
