The fermentation barrel is entirely made of stainless steel, with the barrel body, handles, inner lining, clasps, and barrel lid all made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. You can use it with confidence. With a barrel thickness of 0.5mm, it's sturdy, durable, and resistant to deformation. It's not prone to dirt accumulation, making cleaning effortless.
The barrel lid features an embedded silicone sealing ring, providing double-layered sealing protection. The high elasticity clasp ensures a tight seal without gaps, preventing ants and insects from entering. It ensures no leakage even when inverted, and it won't spill during transportation or agitation.
The top of the lid can be fitted with an exhaust pipe, which can be easily installed in seconds. One-way exhaust allows bubbles in the barrel to be released, and injecting a small amount of water prevents backflow, achieving sterile and breathable, oxygen-free fermentation.
