This sheet metal brake is designed to bend metal sheets up to 50 in wide with bending angles ranging from 0° to 135°. Perfect for large custom fabrication projects.
Our box and pan brake supports various materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Capable of bending 16 gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel sheets with ease.
Equipped with 16 segment fingers (2" x 4 pcs, 3" x 6 pcs, 4" x 6 pcs) that can be freely combined for segmented bending. The sheet metal bender is ideal for fabricating complex structures such as electrical enclosures, instrument housings, and ventilation ducts.
The sheet metal bender features a single balancing hammer that ensures secure clamping, reducing the force required for bending and improving overall efficiency. Pre-drilled holes in the base allow for easy mounting on a workbench or floor to prevent shifting.
It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to clamp it securely. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Manual angle adjustment is required, and be aware that all metal bending experiences springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
