Our 1.1 kW metal band saw has dual voltage (110V pre-wired/220V), and 4 speeds (86, 132, 178, 260 FPM), cutting multiple metal materials with ease. It handles 0°-45° cuts with a 7 x 8.25 in capacity. Quick-lock clamp plate, hydraulic feed, and mobile wheels enhance precision and convenience.
The metal horizontal band saw features a robust 1.1 kW motor with a speed of 1680 RPM, delivering consistent power for efficient cutting tasks. It supports 110V/220V dual voltage (pre-wired to 110V) and horizontal & vertical cutting modes, easily handling straight, curved, and intricate shapes with a cutting capacity of 7 x 8.25 in
Equipped with four adjustable speeds—86 FPM, 132 FPM, 178 FPM, 260 FPM—this metal cutting band saw adapts to various materials, including steel, aluminum, brass, wood, and plastics. You can adjust the V-belt position on the pulley to match material thickness and type for optimal results
The horizontal/vertical metal cutting band saw uses a quick-lock clamp plate to hold materials firmly in place without shifting, while the manual fine-tuning mechanism enhances stability. The saw bow base provides 0° to 45° rotation angles with a locking feature and scale, allowing for straight and angled cuts with clean, polished edges
Crafted from sturdy, wear-resistant cast iron, this horizontal bandsaw is built to last. The stable base and four rolling wheels ensure durability and portability for various locations. The 5/8 TPI steel blade, measuring 93 in, ensures smooth, uninterrupted cutting for a range of material thicknesses and hardness
The horizontal band saw's hydraulic downfeed cutting system reduces manual effort for more convenient cuts. It automatically shuts off after completing cuts, avoiding motor overrun and extending the machine's service life. Additional features include a chip guard to minimize mess and an emergency stop button for enhanced security
