Our cordierite pizza stone features a porous structure for even heating and steam absorption, creating pizzas with a crisp crust. With heat resistance up to 1450 °F/787 °C, it won’t crack under high temperatures, reduces preheating time, and retains heat longer without unpleasant smells. The included chrome-plated iron stand holds or places your pizza, and the PP plastic scraper cuts slices or scrapes baked bits. After cooling, simply rinse with water.
