I purchased this because my previous one broke. I was super excited this delivered before Christmas and it arrived with European plug. I called best buy and was advised that if they reordered it then it would be the same thing and to go in store. I went into the store and had to buy a $200 record player to replace this one. I was told i couldnt get any discount because i bought it online. No where in any specs does this say it is unable to be plugged into a USA regular outlet or that i would need to purchase a European adapter.

The worst sound I’ve ever heard from a turntable. My ancient record player died and this was purchased to replace it. My 50-year-old hifi sounded better. I bought speakers hoping they’d improve the sound. Nope. I returned it.

The sound is not so great it depends what type of music your listening too. The sound gets loud and a little fuzzy.

THIS WAS NOT THE TURNTABLE I WAS LOOKING FOR! IT HAS A SMART PRICE, BUT, THE QUALITY IS LACKING!!

Ordered this as a Christmas gift, received on time, perfect gift. Get home, unbox and low and behold we also received a unit with a European power adapter. Company is out of stock and wants me to contact them later on Early 2022 is what they stated. Returning for another unit as I can’t reorder this unit.
