Excellent microwave and what is new to us is the convection oven......very cool and easy to operate. This unit was a replacement of a 20yo Viking .....not much has changed. Just wisk the control panel would light up.

The reason for a three is more due to the service from Best Buy. It took a Better Business Bureau complaint before we got enough "traction" to have the problem resolved. We did have two service calls to repair the door and "choke". The main problem was the trim kit Viking recommended - one without any venting. Without venting the heat was building up causing damage to the unit. We finally ended up going to a local company and had the existing trim kit "water jetted" to create vents. Best Buy paid for the work but from start to finish, it took almost two years to get it fixed.

Pricey but matches rest of a Viking kitchen suite. Time will tell about overall quality. 2 year warranty is a nice plus for parts and labor.

Nice solid microwave. Sturdy and easy to clean. Looks nice next to our Viking french door new double Oven!

The viking microwave is a good microwave. It's supposed to be built in to my cabinets, but unfortunately it sticks out a little. I should have double checked the measurements. Double check the measurements of your appliances before building your cabinets!

Just had this installed today and I am in LOVE. Wish I would've gotten a convection oven sooner. This matches perfectly with all of the viking appliances in my kitchen.

Second viking microwave indentical model just love its quality

Although we returned the Viking single oven and microwave for a double oven because it fit our space better, these Viking appliances are top quality and great purchases.

This microwave has great features. I use the sensor to do a lot of my cooking and it cooks my food perfectly.
