My Jenn aire finally died I bought in 2005. This Viking I bought out of the box is awesome love it. Measurements were true to size. Works flawlessly better than my Jenn aire ever did wish I had replaced it sooner. Drove from Ga to Mississippi to get it and was worth every mile and second. Love Viking. Wish they would not have been back ordered but love mine!!! First photo os after installation second is before installation checking fit.

Extremely pleased w/Viking cooktop. Delivery was delayed by Manufacturer. Installation was expert and performed on appropriately 90 minutes by two technicians. Installation cost was $150.

We love our new cooktop. We needed one this size to match the large cutout in our existing countertop. It is a bit pricey, but not as much as replacing our counter. This Viking was the only one that matched our needs, so what a relief that it works perfectly and looks beautiful, too!

Works well. All parts needed were included though the area where the cooktop that it replaced had been had to be enlarged. Glad to get it 3 months earlier than it would have been delivered free. NOT glad to have to pay $80 to get it when I needed it. Very nice delivery men in their truck. Fortunately, I have a very competent electrician who could install it when BB was delayed for three months. Wanted it with a griddle like my old one but seems that they are no longer produced.

Heats up very fast, meals are done in half the time compared to my last one. It's easy to clean and maintain and it looks amazing. Very happy I purchased it.

PERFECT ADDITION TO MY KITCHEN; the Viking electric black/stainless steel stovetop is easy to use, and makes my kitchen look updated - living in a well maintained fifty year old home - I AM DELIGHTED with the attractive Viking stovetop.

Excellent & beautiful product. Installation was okay but they charged $225 more than quoted price. Was very disappointed when Best Buy only paid $100 gift card for the overcharge if $225 , thereby costing me of actual $125 more than the quoted and agreed price. I won’t be buy any more product that needs installation. I am not happy with the outcome.

Viking makes the only drop in narrow enough to fit our existing counter top. We ended up with Viking quality by default and we are extremely happy with its versatility and ease of use.

I like the product even though it is a little complicated to get used to. We so used to the old one when the cooking time would vary, but this one is just right with no thinking about how long it will take to cook.

This cooktop replaces a 40 year old one - Glass top is easy to clean and very easy to operate - glad I purchased this model

Wow, I was impressed right off the bat. Cooks great and LOOKS even better. The only problem I have is that I purchased this from the BestBuy outlet store and was not told that I would not get any rewards points for this purchase. Don't understand that
