Love its new features, lighting and ice it makes. Functions make it easy to keep food cold and vegetables fresh.

Sold as it was in working order but when delivered wasn’t installable and not repairable.

This unit fit nicely which was important as we didn't want to re-do all our cabinets. It also looks great. The doors are solid and easy to operate. The ice maker is very poor and frequently stops working or forms large chucks of ice in the ice tray. The temperature distribution in the refrigerator seems to vary, sometimes freezing soda cans - which can explode. Overall very disappointed based on the units price.

I honestly couldn't tell you how well the refrigerator works because it is still sitting inside of my garage waiting for Best Buy to get enough people out to install it. It's been almost three weeks with the promise each week of "next Tuesday." Still waiting...... I wouldn't purchase a Viking from Best Buy/Pacific Sales if you have another option.
