The icemaker fails to cut the ice into cubes. The ice cubes come out in sheets that then need to be chopped and mashed up manually. Icemaker was too expensive for that. I returned the first one thinking it was defective, but the second one did the same. Best Buy was amazing! They were very prompt with the 1st replacement and then again with the second return. I did repurchase another brand from Best Buy because their service was excellent.
