I confirmed with a few reps prior to purchase on a physical sim card because of a promotion. The criteria is pretty simple. Buy it within the promotional period and activate in 30 days even after promo ends. Activated 2 days later. Figured the promotion would be tied to this sim card. Nope, no attachments. So I thought okay, visible could fix it. I was told, well, I can reach out to higher support and see what they say. No guarantees. I would also get agents that treat this as if this is not a valid promotion. It was a headache. It took reddit support and it took me mentioning a FTC complaint regarding false advertising (it mentions the promotion when bought). Suddenly they changed tune and escalated it to get it to a team that can take an hour to respond back to a yes or no and fixes it within that hour. I'm extremely tech savvy and this took several hours to get fixed after I gave up with support treating me like I didn't get a sim card that was attached to a promo. Why tell me I was good to go and when I went to support directly, they treated me like I was in the wrong. I highly recommend using a promo code whenever it's available during there promotional periods. This sim card was a headache to get the promotion attached. I shouldn't have to threaten a government complaint to make it work. Should already be attached or a unique promo code during activation, not just the sim card specifically. Makes absolutely no sense. Don't advertise something that doesn't work. Do not get this card solely based on a promotion. Use a promo code when you can. Simply port out somewhere and come back for that promo. 10X easier.

You did everything by the book—checked the terms, activated on time, and kept your records—only to hit a 'computer says no' wall. That is not the experience we want for you, and I'm sorry it took an escalation to get this acknowledged; you shouldn't have to fight that hard for a valid promotion. I got it for my tablet not realizing that even with it being a Verizon based tablet it wouldn't work on visible due to them being too cheap to support tablets. Really wish that was more clear.

Purchased a Tracphone and this sim card kit. It was not compatible with the Tracphone. It was opened and could not be returned.

Won't let you use the physical sim. Will only allow an Esim. I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra with a straight talk physical sim in it. They tried to tell me that my phone wasn't physical sim compatible. Customer service doesn't know what they are doing. I got ripped off for 2 sim kits that I couldn't use.
