A: Hello, Yes, absolutely you can mount this TV on a compatible swivel mount. Just make sure to buy a mount that is compatible with the 300mm x 200mm VESA pattern on this TV.
Q: Does this tv have Bluetooth capability?
A: It does. You can pair your phone to the TV so you can connect it to the internet and use it as a remote.
Q: How is the H11 model different from the G1 model of this tv?
A: The H11 model is the 2020 model and the G1 is the 2019 model. There are minor cosmetic differences as well as some small differences in features.
Q: How wide is the tv from side to side
A: 49" INCHES EXACTLY.
Q: Hello, Does this Tv carry any HDMI 2.1 Ports that would go well with the PS5??
A: No, it does not. It SAYS it has HDMI 2.1 ports, but they are NOT. I have this tv, and with it plugged into my PS5, as you can see in the picture, it SHOULD be outputting 4:4:4 RGB in 4k @ 60htz with HDR, but its outputting YUV420 and YUV422 and even the console knows its not plugged into an HDMI 2.1 port. I contacted Vizio, and they tell me that their V series tvs have HDMI ports that support a bandwidth of 18GBPS, which is a flat out LIE, because 18GBPS is the limit of HDMI 2.0, where as HDMI 2.1 has a bandwidth of 48GBPS. I am currently going to return this TV and get a TV that will properly display my PS5 with real HDMI 2.1 connectivity. Vizio flat out LIED about this tv having "Future Ready HDMI 2.1 ports". Dont buy this tv if you want real HDMI 2.1 ports!!!! I am going to see if they will give me a discount on a TV that does have HDMI 2.1 now.
A: It sure does!
Q: What is the refresh rate of this tv?
A: Hello Marin The native refresh rate does NOT fully describe the TV’s motion clarity technology. The “open cell” or “native” refresh rate describes only the glass panel’s ability to refresh the image on the screen, without taking into account the benefit of the scanning backlight. The “native” refresh rate for this TV is 60.. VIZIO’s TVs have a Dynamic Motion Rate, which better describes the TV’s ability to achieve motion clarity through the use of its glass panel and scanning backlight. The Dynamic Motion Rate for your TV is 120.
Q: Is there a channel guide for over the air channels? Thank You
A: Hello Mgvet, There is not a channel guide for over the air channels. You can press the info button on the remote to get information for what you are watching. SmartCast does feature WatchFree which is a collection of free streaming channels, which does include a channel guide.
