Q: Vizio compare with Samsung or LG
A: My search is now down between LG and Vizio due to their committed HDR support for HDR 10 and HDR Dolby Vision support. Does not mean that others won't follow. I just now need to decide on 65 vs. 70 inch. The Vizio 70 in M series at sub $2K is looking pretty strong....
A: Thanks for your interest in the M70-D3. This TV supports Dolby Vision. VIZIO is working on a software update this summer that will enable HDR10 support on the new 2016 M-Series. Thanks again! -Randal
A: The all-new VIZIO SmartCast™M70-D3 comes with a standard remote and a 6 inch Android tablet remote. The Android Tablet remote control would require internet connection to make use of the all-new VIZIO SmartCast™ technology. Thanks- Jesse
A: All 5 ports support 4k/60hz however only port 1 is HDMI 2.0 and 8-bit, 4:4:4. It also supports 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 in 12-bit for more color depth.

Q: is the HDR worth the extra $$ on this model M70-D3 vs the 70" model E70U-D3??
A: All content providers will be delivering content with HDR content, either following the HDR 10 or HDR Dolby Vision Spec. This manufacturer has committed to support both formats. This is big. I have held out to get a new 4K TV until HDR is here and it is finally here!!! Getting my new TV very soon.
