It works well but the depth of the clamp isn't enough, and I don't like that it can only be clamped in a horizontal direction. My son couldn't use it on his dorm bed the way I had hoped he could.

overall I really like the fan, the clamp works well and is easy to adjust but I wish it was just a bit more powerful, would work really well in a more enclosed space than how my desk is set up.
