VTech makes good phones, and after setting up the corded base phone and the two cordless handsets I was glad I made the purchase. Everything works great so far. Sound is good, and the instructions are clear. If there are problems, you do have to go online to get the entire instruction manual. My only complaint is that the screen contrast (black letters on a dim green screen) is hard to read. I have to pick up the phone to look closely to see if I have a message.

Not many people have landlines these days, but if you have one then this phone works great. Comes with main phone which has an answering machine built in and then 2 portable phones to put anywhere you want an extra phone.

Only had a few weeks but seems to be doing fine. Love the extra reciever. Saves lots of steps...

Very nice home phone system, awesome upgrade from my previous home phone. Very easy to setup and use. As always, an awesome Best Buy purchase! 2 thumbs up!

Excellent product for the price. Instalation super easy

I love it! We are a family with four children. Even with three hand sets, at times we could not find them on time. Now, I know that at least one phone will always remain in place and we will not miss another call. The larger buttons are a plus. It is easier for my daughter with sight problems.

I bought this phone system for my house. The price was great. The phone is easy to set up and use. All functions are available on the base phone and the the two cordless phones. I would purchase again.

Nice telephone it seems to work good very light Diplay little hard to read but works fine.

Overall good value, but am disappointed that the ringer does not ring loud enough. Also am disappointed that the range is not as far as my previous phone.

These phones made my home phone easy to use anywhere in my house. Great buy!!

Ilive Putin country where our electricity goes out a lot. So I must have a corded phone for just that occasion. Love that they all are linked together, meaning only the corded phone has to be plugged into the phone line. The handset cradles are small and easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Easy to install. Nice features. Like the choice of ring tones.

Have bought this product before. For the price and ease of connecting, it's great for anyone not looking for complex phones.

This system is very nice for the money. Have had no issues with the performance of the phone. Is a little annoying if you have the receiver to your ear while dialing as the beeps don't quite correspond to the numbers. Sound is great and setup is simple. Would have preferred a ringtone choice that was more of the "normal' ring, but not a deal breaker. Did put a longer cord on the receiver. Also, if you're going to hang it on the wall it did not come with a "short" phone outlet hookup.

Phone seemed to have a delay when answering a call as to when you could hear caller or they could hear you. Also when using the handsets to scroll through the caller id history, it seemed to lag in displaying the next number once you pressed the button. Got for a good price on Deal of the Day but not good enough to deal with the issues. Ended up returning the unit.

This phone is great for someone with hearing impairment .it come with multiple features.The ringtone is awesome and the price is wonderful on this phone set.
