This is the best version of this film u can buy, The inclusion of the figure is also neat. 4K and Blu-ray Disc are also a plus so if your into dc animated films this is a must.

Beautiful product nicely made. Great, unique Bruce Timm production to add to the Fantastic DC animated catalogue. FYI, this film is a team up movie, not a solo Batman film.

Always enjoy the animated DC Movies. I especially like collecting the exclusive 3.5 inch figurines that come with the Best Buy exclusive.

Sam Liu’s 2021 animated film “Batman: Soul of the Dragon” is the 40th film in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies series and the 16th directed by Liu. The standalone film does not take place in the shared continuity of the other films, instead taking place in the 1970s. It stars David Giuntoli as Batman, Mark Dacascos as Richard Dragon, Kelly Hu as Lady Shiva, Michael Jai White as Bronze Tiger (White portrayed this character on “Arrow”), James Hong as O-Sensei, Jamie Ching as Jade Nguyen, Josh Keaton as Jeffrey Burr, Chris Cox as Rip Jagger, Grey Griffin as Lady Eve, Patrick Seitz as King Snake, and Erica Luttrell as Silver St. Cloud. The story shows Bruce Wayne’s time training to become the Batman in Nanda Parbat. There, Wayne meets O-Sensei’s other students: Shiva, Rip Jaggar, Richard Dragon, Jade, and Ben Turner. The story blends elements of 1970s Kung-Fu films, James Bond films, and the tone of Dennis O’Neil & Neal Adams’s revitalized Batman of the 1970s. Liu uses the R-rating to great effect, allowing characters to speak in a realistic fashion while depicting martial arts violence realistically without worry for censors. The film also shows the possibilities inherent in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies as it does not adapt any prior comic, but rather tells an original story set in its own universe. From the opening titles through the conclusion, the music, lighting, and more recreate the feel of a 1970s action film.

I enjoyed this animated film .Because I enjoy comics I appreciate the DC animated world .Animation takes the fan to a much closer engagement with the subject matter ,namely superheroes .This story sheds more light on Batman and his path to becoming the "Dark Knight"We are shown that the Batman journey to who he has become was no cake walk ,his history is colorful and complex .The voice actors are good more dept is revealed regarding the supporting characters ,Richard Dragon in the comics was white but in the film he is clearly presented as tribute to Bruce Lee as well as the African -American characters homage to Jim Kelly .Animation is limitless ,the story was good ,it added to the Batmans Mythos I'd recommend it.

70s eras Kung Fu themes with a Bronze Tiger limited edition figurine are all the reasons to purchase this product. Being a Batman fan alone was the primary reason I was looking forward to this movie. But also being a huge Michael Jai White fan I had to have the Bronze Tiger figurine to commemorate the brother and his second rendition of the character aside from the live action version he did on the Arrow TV show. Shiva is bad B as always. Happy to see Richard Dragon playing an Asian role for once. Totally geeking out over this one. And I Iove the fact that Bruce got his behind handed to him by Ben Turner lol.

Fun take on the Batman Mythos. Very 70's. Good Plot. The version I bought was the Limited Edition with the Action Figure. ( For the First Time Ever, I got a low serial number.. 0003 out 6 or 8 thousand, I forget which). As expected, the sound and animation quality on this 4k disk is Fantastic. I buy all the DC Animated Movies, they seldom fail to impress. Recommended!

This is definitely different from the other animated Batman movies but I love. Set in the 70's and Bruce is a young man that has to team up with ex classmates. To me this shows Bruce in a different light because he's working with others (with no attitude) lol. I definitely had to get the one with the figurine to add to the collection of others. Definitely pick this up!!!

Batman can do no wrong. The story was great.. I liked it a lot.. I like all the DC animated animated films. My concern is the animation style ...the Bruce Timm style seems like episodic rather than a style has a different opinion of style. Perhaps if it was early BT style ...I may have a different view on it. Other than that ... I enjoy!!!

Extremely enjoyable especially if you're into the DC animations. A breath of fresh air especially seeing it more so from a different perspective than what we're used to for instance Batman is in it but not as much as Bruce Wayne. And I can't wait to see the next chapter.

Great movie love the action and story. This movie is the best Batman movie ever so far for me to pay homage to Bruce Lee bronze Tiger(Ben Turner loved him) Lady Shiva( strong and beautifully deadly). It was beautifully ethnic and gender-wise diverse.

Not a bad original animation from Bruce Timm, this time around. If you like Enter the Dragon mixed with a little Big trouble in little China in animation. This for you. The fight scenes were good. With humor not overly goofy. Worth the purchase

Decent movie and pretty cool Best Buy Exclusive figurine. I kinda wish it was a Batman figurine but beggars can't be choosers. I also like that they are serial# and limited edition. Great addition to my collection.

I actually enjoyed this. Had a good 70's vibe to it. I was thinking it might have been a tribute to "Enter the Dragon"but, it took a completely different track. Pure Batman stuff.

Boxes on these things always seem a little, dented. Sucks cause you can't always find them in store, oh well though. Unless you don't open it ever, its no big deal eh?
