After installation, please confirm if PE pipe is cut smoothly. If not, cut the tubing squarely and cleanly. Make sure the tubing is fully inserted.
Please check if there is a washer connecting the ball valve, if not, please contact us for a new ball valve.
Please check if the internal membrane breaks. Unsrew off the stem and you will see a protruding charging valve, then press the charging valve. If water flows out, it indicates the internal membrane breaks. Please change a new storage tank. If no water flows out, please contact customer service.
If you connect ro system to refrigerator through the mini tank, replace the filter in your refrigerator with bypass.
