The filter used in this glass pitcher has been certified against NSF/ANSI 42 for reduction of chlorine and taste and odor, certified against NSF/ANSI 53 for reduction of mercury, and also certified against NSF/ANSI 372 for the lead-free materials (≤0.25% lead).
The filter has an extended lifespan of 100 gallons (When tested in accordance with the NSF's protocol based on a 200 gallon filtration (double the rated usage).) or 2 months, whichever comes first based on local water conditions.
