It boosts signal for calling, not speed for me. In addition, it does not really cover a 5000 sq ft house. I understand that this number is probably for the most ideal lab environment, but it does not even help with half of the claimed area. I can only give it three stars for good quality item, good idea, and strong boost for calling (only) in its ~2400 sq ft covered area.

My service went from zero to one bar, to 1 -2 bars. Not great, but better. As everyone said, it doesn't come with a mounting pole or a bracket that swivels, so my antenna is mounted to the side of my house, near the roofline, shooting 90 degrees out. I am in the City of Denver & there are towers in all directions. But, there are 2 two-story homes on either side of my small home. I called customer service to see if there is anything else I should do.

Gave it 3 stars, but should probably be more like 2.5 stars. I am able to notice an increase with the signal strength in the room the inside antenna is in. However, it is supposed to cover 5,000 sq. ft. of space. My home is just over 1,500 sp. ft. and this does not come close to covering the other rooms in the house. And yes, I have tried it in several different positions and rooms. In short, it helps in the main area I need it for, but I don't think it is worth the $549 price. I should have got the one that is actually designed for 1 or 2 rooms and saved some $$$.

I really don’t know what is going on with my booster. I purchased this one to replace one I had that had been struck by lightning. The previous one was exactly the same other than it wasn’t installed correctly. The inside pieces were not very far apart (only around 3’) the outside antenna and the inside box were 90° different in their placement instead of 180°. With it, I had 2-3 bars of service all throughout my 5k+ sq ft home. My new booster is set up exactly like the instructions say but we usually have 0-1 bars of service. Sometimes we can get 2 bars for a short time. Believe it or not, it is better than without the booster.

We have it hooked up but I am not sure I even notice a difference with it. We still have random buffering but it goes away shortly.

For how much this thing was, it should be a lot better. The app isnt very helpful. The signal went from 1 bar to bouncing between 2 & 3 bars, so yes it did improve. The hardware was packaged well and they provided everything needed except for a realistic way of mounting the antenna.

Our house is very small, so allowing for the spacing required between components of this is not ideal. I can at least make a phone call now without the call dropping, but it is still not a great connection. Only get 1 (occassionally, in the right spot, 2 bars) but at least it is consistent. Overall, I'd say it works, because we couldn't make a call at all inside of our house before. Lining up to the tower is tricky.

1. This unit must be registered with most cell providers. If they detect it on their network they will block it. 2. In order to improve internet data speeds the outdoor antenna and the cell tower you wish to connect with must have CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT. Nothing can be in between the two antennas. No trees, nothing.

Product is not what the reviews said, but does work most of the time giving at least one bar in remote area

Only three stars because the cost is higher than comparable units but we needed to get it quickly. We can't complain about how it works because it does do its job and we have had no further problems using our phones.

The weboost does help a little, I went from one bar 5g to two bars of 5g inside my home. It does however help with the mifi that we use for internet because there’s nothing available other than satellite.

For me, it booster the data a little to a usable amount. But the phone calls still dropped. So for my situation, it wasn't worth the price of the booster. Took it back after a week.

Some improvement. Phone doesn't pick up on it. You have to remember to check app.

This unit does exactly what it was intended for, but the installation is not that easy. It took us several time of relocating the antenna before it worked properly.

I purchased one awhile back, it was the $900 and within a year it started over heating. I called them and ask when I can get a replacement since this was my only communication. The customer service said it would be indefinitely. After I got upset they decided to send me a refund one. It doesn’t really work and we have nearly zero . You have to stand directly in front of the antenna and even then it fades in and out but you have to stand right in front of it. I see a lot of reviews similar to mine so please don’t get youslef caught in buying one of these. I was desperate since my first one went out.

It works but doesn't cover the whole house. I have signal in the room that the inside antenna is. But not in the rest of the house

Works well but have to reset a lot. Light goes red.

Seem to have less dropped calls. Not an increase in bars of signal
