I wasn't expecting too much because of the low price of this particular microwave. I expected the performance to be average, and the features to be the same. Upon closer inspection, this microwave seems to be very for the price. The performance is top-notch and it works quietly compared to some others I have heard. The vent fan is powerful and efficient. I tried it on the first day by overcooking the first me range it's over. It cleared my kitchen of smoke before my smoke alarm knew what happened!

Microwaves arrived when it was supposed. we found it extremely easy to install I would say maybe 15 minutes with a few tools that were needed. We have used it for a month now and are extremely happy with it seems to stay very clean and does not splatter food while it's cooking although we have been covering most everything are older microwaves would seem to make a mess no matter what we did. We had bought a Whirlpool stove about 6 months ago so we went with this Whirlpool microwave to match and they look great together but highly recommend again.

The microwave came in a smashed boxed. We picked it up at the store and they seemed unconcerned with the condition of the box. My husband took it out of the box at home to discover the right corner all dented in quite a bit. He wanted to surprise me with it and so proceeded to install it hoping the damage would not show. It is very obvious but it will be such a pain to take it down now. Very disappointed in the quality concern at the store. I understand that this can happen with open box but we did not order that for this very reason.

Microwave works great so far. However I suggest having them remove item from package before leaving store. Item came with dents as pictured with no damage to packaging. Meaning warehouse packed item as is. Since damage wouldn’t show wasn’t worth taking it back to the store. Doesn’t seem to affect use however.

This microwave is stylish, and fully functional, but it lacks the wattage power that my old microwave had. It's all good, but it takes longer to heat things now.

I got a great open box deal.....Saved $130.00 on the microwave. Still had original plastic and foam around it. No dents or scratches either. It just had no box. The microwave itself works great and was easy to install. So far no complaints. It does what you would expect from a microwave. My word of advise is to check out their open box deals. I'm sure they're not all great deals, but mine sure was.

Installed easily. Overall cabinet size was actually larger than a 2.2 c.Ft. model it replaced and this was a surprise. The larger size brings it closer to the stove surface but does not interfere (so far) with cooking on the stove. Also this brings more light to the stove top and better ventilation from the closer filter and hood. A bit lighter in weight as well. Programming is easy, presets work well. Door opens with less pull and the unit has child safety features we did not have before, nor need. WE would buy the same unit again at this point.

After searching a long time for a microwave that would fit the space above the oven, I finally found this model. It looks great and works wonderfully. It operate very quietly and stylist. Food is heated in an instance.

Powerful, easy to use, easy to install, looks good

This microwave makes a bold statement straight out of the box. Sturdy construction and stainless steel, big enough to handle any job thrown it's way..Make sure you measure twice because it is big! Definitely an eye catching addition to any kitchen.

This microwave was an open box so I was a little worried when I saw it had some minor dents on the back (not visible once installed). Since Best Buy stated they guaranteed it would work and also that I could return it if it didn't work. I got it home and hooked it up very easily and it worked like brand new. It cooks the food properly and all items have been cooked through and no uncooked or overcooked spots. I have had it for a few weeks now and have done everything from warming items up to cooking from frozen and thawing frozen items out. It does the requested job perfectly. It also looks very nice and is roomy. I recommend this product!

Price is good value. Design looks great. Delivery was quick. It is doing fine for now so I can't really tell about the quality because only time will tell.

This microwave has been a phenomenal purchase in our household. It works well and looks great in our kitchen. Microwave is very roomy, cooks and warms food well, it is not noisy and has a great handle. We had an awesome experience from the point of sale to the delivery and installation. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Overall, this Whilrpool microwave has been a great buy and we highly recommend it.

Good design except no power light was left on for 3 days before we realized it. Other than that work great.

Jumped on this during a sale. Great looking microwave for a great price. Works awesome.
