I wanted a smaller, refrigerator as a spare in my utility room. The levelers were missing but whirlpool customer service took care of it and have them on the way. Works great and doesn't take too much space. It hold more than I thought, too. Note: I purposely did not order the ice maker because I have one in my main refrigerator in the kitchen

Great size for small space enough food storage for a single person or a couple
I purchased his refrigerator is an add on to my existing refrigerator. We love to have this extra fridge in the bedroom so we can keep our water bottles and other essentials. It is quite big and tall. It makes up for additional items that can be frozen as well. Are you research, and whirlpool brand seemed very good and less problems. It’s been in place less than a week. It was ordered online due to lack of availability in store locations near me. Some disappointments stemming from not being able to basically see it and have “touch and feel” ability. I’m still trying to determine if after delivery person’s unpacking the top corners are to have holes exposed. Tape was removed from the left side and I was told when questioning the oddity that “that’s normal and all makes and models. See it’s on the left too”, as he peeled it off that side. It’s also shorter than depicted. Significant bending to reach lower shelf. Crisper leaves something to be desired.

This fridge/freezer has been such a pain compared to the one we replaced. The freezer does not get cold enough and won’t keep anything frozen. It worked for the first couple of months, but then suddenly just crapped out. The fridge works, but we mainly use it for beverages and can’t fully stock the shelves without running into problems with the door closing!! It’s not worth it to save a little money… we should have just pod a little extra for something better! Don’t buy!

DO NOT BUY. I had this fridge less than a year before water started leaking from the freezer to the fridge getting all my food wet and ruined. I have thrown away so much produce and other foods because of this. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy so no help there either.

Purchased August 2021, stopped working May 2022. Serviced (took 2 weeks to get an appointment), 2 weeks after service, refrigerator at 53 degrees and freezer at 14. Whirlpool will not replace or refund or replace food. Do not purchase!

After nine month of usage, the freezer stopped working and leaked a whole bunch of water out. It is a complete mess with everything defrosted. The fridge have also stopped working. I thought Whirlpool was a great brand, but I the quality of their products have gone down the drain since then.

Have the refrigerator for 6 months. The freezer and fridge stopped maintaining temperature. Threw out the food in the freezer. Then it started maintaining temperature again. Now however, seems to be on the way out again. Temps rising.

The refrigerator has 2 wooden planks bolted in the bottom that stick out. U need tools i dont have to get it off. Then the fridge was covered in protective plastic that dose not come off good on the edges and some of the edges have little ruffles now.

Compressor broke after 3 months. Terrible product. Between BestBuy and Whirlpool service is awful. Try living without a fridge for 3 weeks. Still waiting for replacement or fix.

When I first saw this refrigerator I was impressed. It really does look nice. It's small which is what I wanted. The temperature control is just plain weird. Like there is only 3 settings but only one keeps the freezer about zero but the fridge part doesn't go below 40. I had to reverse the doors and this is where the problems began and the reason for 3 stars. For some reason, the screws you have to remove on the left side are some type of star head instead of a hex bolt like the others. Nowhere in the list of tools required does it say you need a star head screwdriver. I don't have one. Why??? There was no way for me to get these out. I had to take my drill and drill them out! What a PITA! It also left a bunch of scratches and I had to use my own sheet metal screw in that hole because the hex bolt no longer fit. Why would someone design it like that? It took me hours when it should have taken 1/2 hour. Then you have to get underneath and remove some hex bolts from the bottom. That was fun! Not very user friendly.
