Nice looking, compact but freezes up and make a mess. I got the warratny service through Best Buy and now thye are saying they cant help me to call Whirlpool direct.

Nice fridge. Great size, just what we needed. Two issues. Freezer door has tendency to pop open when you close the fridge door, check it. Also, cooling is strange. Had to put on coldest setting to get freezer to stay at 0.

Shelves are too short and can fall off supports. I had too install shims on each end to prevent them from falling. I asked to have doors reversed when I made purchase and was told it would be done. On delivery I was told that they would not do this. The reason I purchased this refrigerator was to have the doors reversed. The refrigerator is quiet and looks nice.

I was so happy to be getting this fridge until it arrived and did not work! The team members were supposed to install the fridge but they did not. Three days after receiving it, it still wasn’t getting cold and all of our food spoiled. Not to mention there was a huge dent in the back and scratch in the front. Because of how backed up stock is for refrigerators right now we wouldn’t be able to get a replacement until the end of January.

Purchased to serve as a backup, smaller fridge in the basement, to handle overflow from upstairs freezer/fridge. So far so good. Be sure to specify whether you want the doors to swing off the left or right side when ordering, however. It took us about a month and three visits before a crew came with the right equipment to do the job. It's quiet!

Quiet motor and gasket are aligned. No odor noted.

We bought this late last year before we finished our basement kitchen. It sat wrapped in plastic for 9 months while we dealt with Covid 19 related delays. Finally in July we unwrapped it and plugged it in. I began filling the refrigerator but the freezer until last month. At first the freezer seemed to work just fine but after a month I realized the food was not 100% frozen so I turned the freezer temp lower and still nothing was 100% frozen!! This is so disappointing!!!! Seems like other reviews are stating the same issues with there product and all around the same time that we purchased this refrigerator end of 2020!!

Very nice looking refrigerator and I like the clean face without handles to open it. This is a perfect size for a studio apartment

Slender refrigerator. Took a bit of time to understand where to put larger items. The enclosed cooling area at the top of the refrigerator part does not include a handle so that's a little inconvenient. Occasionally make some small noises but for the most part pretty quiet. Took an eternity to get here. Purchased it then it was delayed and I believe I finally got the product after 6 months.

This was bought as a second frig. It has enough room for my extra purchases. It is a no frills product

Purchased for a condo. Perfect size and works great

Worked ok for a few months but now the fridge doesn't stay cold. The freezer is also TOO cold and is freezing over all my items even though I just scraped it clean last week. It was also a HUGE pain to change the way the door swings. And I'm not paying for my local technician to come fix it when I just bought it 6 months ago.

I love this little Fridge, I needed a new one to replace the power eating dinosaur in my basement. This has just enough space for the extra I need to store. And that slide away shelf is great.

Less the a month and stop working!!!! And now what im trying to get a good refrigerator and this is what I get for almost $700 Hope this really get me some best buy costumer service and help me out.

Delivery people added more charges at the house. Still peeling crap off the outside.

Great medium sized fridge. Keeps everything at the right temp. Only thing bad is trying to get the clear sticky coating off.
