Nice smaller refrigerator. Runs quietly. Was very much needed. Fills all my requirements. No hidden features.

My grandmother seems to enjoy it, her only complaint is she does not like the clear shelves. She says it's too hard to clean for her. I personally like it but it is for my 89 year-old grandmother and she absolutely does not like the clear shelves. She does enjoy the wire racks but absolutely complains about everything else. She says it could be a little bit bigger but the the second person who was helping us with the measurements said that the other refrigerators would not fit in her home nor and the space allowed. That absolutely was not accurate at all! So your employees absolutely had no idea what they were talking about. Live and learn this will be the last refrigerator she will ever buy. All is good it's over now hopefully no more big appliances for grandmother.

Very good refrigerator pretty happy with it. Works good and is simple, perfect for garage as secondary refrigerator/freezer.

I wasn’t home, when they delivered home , and lately i found multiple Minor scratches on the door! Anyway Good luck y’all

After having this refrigerator for a couple of weeks, I am quite pleased considering the great retail price. It's not flashy. It just does the job so it doesn't require any special setup and therefore minimal opportunities to break down. It's compact size leaves a small footprint whether it's your kitchen centerpiece or an extra one for the game room or the garage. Another plus is that it is quiet with no loud running motors that might get annoying. The adjustable shelves are strong and slide out easily. Dials work easily and adjust temps quickly. All in all, it's a great priced addition to your home by a trusted brand.

The Whirlpool refrigerator is just the right size for our 2 person duplex and we are so pleased with this quiet, efficient replacement. The price was right. We didn't want or need all the bells and whistles, just a fridge that would freeze what needed freezing and keep everything else nice and cold. I am a fan of Whirlpool appliances, and this one certainly lives up to our expectations. I must also praise Best Buy for making our shopping experience easy and pleasant. The delivery personnel were also great, handling installation quickly and professionally. We were so pleased to be treated to "service with a smile." I will shop Best Buy again, and Whirlpool products remain at the top of my list.

I downsized from an 18.5 to this 14.3 and it's great. My previous refg, was a Maytag that lasted 22 yrs. with no repairs. Since they are from the same corp., I hope to get similar quality. I would have given it a 5 Star rating, but the shelves are wire instead of glass, so bottles tip over easily also there needs more options for adjusting the shelves. A light in the freezer would also be a nice addition. Quiet running, energy efficient,

Have had mine for 2 weeks now. Perfect size for my mid-size trailer. No issues at all. Keeps cold and no noise issues. Unfortunately, it took 3 times to get it. First one came damaged, second one sounded like a rocket going off when they plugged it in. Third time is a charm. Delivery team were very professional each time. Enjoying my new fridge. Definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The delivery was on time and the 2 gentlemen took care not to damage the refrigerator and also removed the old fridge. So far; it's running great ! My food is cold and frozen; just as it should be. This is a basic refrigerator without the frills; just what I wanted and needed. My one criticism would be to allow the shelves on the door to be adjustable.

-It's a good size for small kitchen spaces -if you're not tall, it's still easy to clean the top (I use step stool) -freezer fits good amount of food for a month (one person) I shop family size for one -temperature settings are easy to adjust, freezer works great -racks are easy to clean, remove, adjust.

My first new fridge! It's fairly basic but does everything you need it to: keeps food cold, fits in our space, doesn't make a lot of noise. For the "smallest" fridge we could get and still get a Whirlpool, this has plenty of space, and genuinely made me very happy. Still would like to switch the door, but that's just because of how our kitchen is set up.

The refrigerator works well, fits into the space that I had hoped it would, and is very quiet. Although it is small, it is perfect for us as a second refrigerator. The reason for less than 5 stars, is that we had this delivered and it arrived damaged. Both handles were broken. It was difficult to obtain customer service. Hopefully we will receive new handles from Best Buy eventually.

Nice little refrigerator. Doesn't require a great deal of space. Has 2 shelves, 2 drawers and 2 shelves in door. Works pretty good. Have had almost 2 months. I tend to ALWAYS want Whirlpool appliances. I previously did not know Whirlpool offered this size. Fair price. Did not get ice maker.

I got this to replace an Insignia refrigerator that stopped working after about seven months. It is bigger, but almost exactly as energy efficient. It isn’t too loud, and despite its bigger size, not too bulky. No complaints as of yet, though I obviously hope for better luck all around with this than the last one.

Inexpensive, low maintenance, reliable. Like the thick doors, which makes it more efficient. Wheels are also great. A good size — not big but not mini/compact either so perfect for singles who like to stock up or couples/smaller families. Delivery was a breeze! It is solid and expected to last many years.

We needed extra refrigerator storage, and saw this online for a great price. Wasn't too sure about the brand – never bought Whirlpool before. It fits through doorways with ease, has little roller wheels to push into place and plenty of space for overage from our other fridge. No light in freezer.

Good price. But you should check the size carefully. Sometimes, you pay extra -$30 or $50 and you can get a slighly bigger in size such as freezer. It is a huge difference when you need space in freezer. For the same size, capacity makes difference, the width is the same, the height is taller or shorter. It is better to pay extra for extra capacity at the same width.

I'm very satisfied. My old fridge was in the process of dying and I was limited by size constraints to VERY FEW refrigerators. Most new fridges require a bigger hole than I have. Anyway I looked at Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy and called an appliance store. Home Depot had a different brand that would fit the area and was slightly larger than the Whirlpool, but Home Depot could not guarantee it could be delivered in a timely manner (thanks to covid restrictions back east where they are manufactured). So then I had one choice - the Whirlpool. I ordered it on a Saturday evening just before quitting time and it was delivered Wednesday morning bright and early. The timing was perfect for me as I was not available Monday or Tuesday. It's running great and I was surprised to realize I like the interior layout of this Whirlpool better than I did my old fridge. The butter keeping area is a little smaller than the old fridge so I will need to get a new butter dish. I've had it less than a month so am not sure yet how it will affect the electric bill, but I suspect my electricity charges will go down as the old one ran a lot. The motor noise is a little different sounding than the old fridge but it's pretty quiet. It is not at all distracting.

Refrigerator works for me. It’s my garage fridge. Temp control seems to be fairly accurate. I like the option to reverse the doors, which I had the delivery guys do because it was offered(Thanks). Runs pretty quiet. I do not like the wire shelves but that’s what I paid for. I do have an option to upgrade to solid shelves. Delivery was great. Both were cordial and professional. Delivery time was within the time frame given. Overall a good purchase

The quiet motor feature is really true as advertised. Even refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Only drawbacks: No Spill Mizer shelves. Why? They are offered in the 10.6 cu. ft. model. Freezer and refrigerator handles- the freezer (where it bends 90 degrees at the handle bottom ) and the top of refrigerator section handle have unfinished areaes that scratch my hand each time I open either one to the point of abrasions. Those sections feel like course sand paper. Both should be replaced.
