I have had the freezer only 11 days. Every day I check for frost. Today I found ice on the lower vents. Requested Best Buy to send out a repair person to check the freezer. They sent out a delivery group of men. They said nothing was wrong with my freezer on day 8. Well all I know is that a freezer should not have ice.

This freezer is very roomy and holds many items. It also keeps the temperature where it should. Love the locking feature.

Alot shorter then i thought but the space inside is nice and deep . Fits well in our laundry room

This is a great freezer. It keeps my foods frozen without worrying about temperature variation. I like the fact that an alarm went off when my son left door open to inform that temperature changed

I love this freezer. It does s good job keeping things frozen. It has an amazing seal which pulls the door in when it is shut

This freezer is a great size. It holds more food than I thought it would. Now everything is organized and I can find it, no more wasted food from the bottom of my old chest freezer.
