Looked forward to USA made new refrigerator by Whirlpool. Received new 18.7 cu ft Stainless Bottom freezer WRB329DMB M 03 today. (My Maytag stopped working a week ago after 13 years. Very identical to this frige) This Whirlpool looks nice enough, happy it is here, but not those screws on the front, really awful There are 3 parts mentioned that do not exist and I do not see in the manual but they come up online on product descriptions in store sites and on Whirlpool site as need to replace: Freshness Preserver for Produce drawer; Air filter where is it and info on it; and Water filter there is not one I can locate. Other than those issues, glad I got my frige, I have a small space 30 inches by 68 inches so hard to find one that is in stock and fits. Delivery guys were very nice and wore masks.

Straight forward, nicely designed, compact refrigerator. Needed one that fit a very specific, small space and this one fit the bill. Delivery was no nonsense-got it done efficiently and quickly.

replaces a 1996 top freezer model. this is a much nicer fridge. shelves are split and adjustable, as are the door containers. It doesn't have a "butter" container with cover, but I haven't noticed (didn't really use it in the old fridge). freezer drawer is different than I'm used to but it appears to have more room. I took out the icemaker which was a pain but gives it more space (I don't have a water hookup).

I live in an older condo and the opening for the refrigerator is only 30 inches wide. This refrigerator fits the space and looks modern and beautiful. I love the convenience of the bottom freezer drawer also.

This refrigerator works well. Not as noisy. A bit small in the interior so doesn't hold as much as well as the freezer. Don't like that the freezer drawers are like the mesh design. Cannot contain drips just before items becomes solid. Nice fridge however for the space I have and the fact that I needed a bottom freezer.

Love this refrigerator. Had it at my house, bought one for my parents and another recently for my aunt who had a 30-year-old Amana. Bottom freezer is so helpful, especially for taller people. It's quiet, bright, flexible, roomy. Perfect. But buy it somewhere else. The door was not reversed as I'd ordered and I was told I'd need another appointment to accomplish that because the installers were not door reversers. Combination of problems on Best Buy's end and now my aunt must open the fridge first to open her back door.

great refrigerator in a tiny package. Smal enough to fit in our tiny space, but lots of space in the refer. Works great! Delivery not so good as the front is indented

This refrigerator is wonderful. I am very satisfied with the performance so far. It is bright, and spacious. I really do enjoy the bottom freezer, my only complaint is that it is a wire bottom, and I wish it was solid. I did put something in there to be a 'catch all' so it wasn't a big deal. It is quiet, and very easy to pull out shelves and clean them. This is my first stainless refrigerator so I am trying to get used to the cleaning of the outside.

Love my new refrigerator its the perfect size to fit in between my cabinets. The bottom freezer is great and easy to use. My only issue is the temperature control. I moved it to 6 in order to keep the temperature between 39 - 40 degrees. The ice maker is a bit loud but not to bad. So far i am happy with it.

I purchased this refrigerator in December to replace a whirlpool side-by-side that was purchased in 1995. It was too large for the space in my home and needed to be replaced because it was putting pressure on the cabinets. Anyway....this refrigerator met the size requirements of the space. The refrigerator has plenty of shelves, maybe too many! I love the single door design on top vs french door. The freezer is a bit small if you keep a lot of frozen items. But it's deep enough you can arrange smartly and should be okay. The ice maker works well. Some people complain that the refrigerator is louder than their previous model. I did notice that it is slightly noisier than the model it replaced. It really isn't enough to cause issues and after about two days I adjusted to the new sound. Overall, this was a great purchase, installation was a breeze, and I'm very happy with the quality of the product.

We keep a second refrigerator as well as a freezer in the basement, and so use a smaller model frig/freezer in the dedicated kitchen space. So kitchen space dictates unit size This is a very good unit. It's attractive with clean lines. The interior allocation of space--freezer bottom and refrigerator top--is about right, with the interior depth of the refrigerator door and its adjustable compartments providing a good deal of unexpected additional space. But this is also a problem as the greater weight of the door causes it invariably to want to swing fully open, so you need to keep a hand on the door (limiting your rummaging in the frig to one hand) or guide it to fully open to keep it from banging against the adjacent counter. We're adjusting and learning, but overall the capacity of the unit serves and configuration of space our purposes well.

Love it! So far it is working great! I’ve had it for a few weeks now. My old refrigerator was basically shot and where it was located I didn’t have much options! When I did my measurements this one was a perfect fit but hard to find! I always read reviews before I purchase anything! Here is what I have to say to some of the reviews I read! Someone said that it was loud …sounded like their dishwasher was running- maybe it was just as loud but it doesn’t run as long as my dishwasher does lol. I have 5 children and they are in and out of this refrigerator! This refrigerator doesn’t run long enough to keep up with its temp settings..maybe the first day it did but I haven’t really heard it. Someone said when they were opening the freezer the whole thing rolled forward lol that one was the best! Yeah it will! Lol if you don’t level it! Cons but actually a pro for me..finger prints! I have a lot but it’s my children’s finger prints so I’m good! That’s all great refrigerator..fits perfect in the small space I have..definitely suits my family of 7!

My second visit to my elderly in-laws’ home (they live in MA, we live in FL) necessitated a change. They had a similar Whirlpool model with a top freezer. Never a problem with it (except one) during the few years they had it. The one problem was that it was an ergonomic nightmare trying to reach food in the refrigerated part. In that it’s the most often used part of the refrigerator, after bumping my head (and watching others do the same) on the freezer handle above one too many times, and after one day watching my 90yo father-in-law all stooped over trying to reach an item at the back of the fridge, it was time for a cool change! It had to be a white Whirlpool with a slide out bottom freezer drawer and not the swing out door style, Lastly although the previous fridge didn’t have one, I wanted it to have an ice making option. Even though in-laws don’t have the hook-up for the ice maker, they do use ice quite a bit. Of all the refrigerators available from Whirlpool as well as other manufacturers, some with larger capacities, French doors, water dispensers and such, even at a lesser price, this was the only refrigerator available that checked all the boxes. The Best Buy delivery men were very efficient and did a good job first assembling the fridge (while on it’s back) on the truck, and then bringing it in the home. They hooked it up, and the fridge came to temperature in no time at all. It has performed flawlessly ever since, and my in-laws are so happy with it! It’s been almost 3 months and they still rave about it. Although this fridge is .05 cu ft smaller than the other fridge, it seems to hold more and access is incredibly easier. The ice-maker has not been installed so can’t comment on it. As for noise, it’s not any more noisy or quiet than the one it replaced, It does have a hum while on the cooling cycle, but not such that It drives you crazy or where you feel like you can’t hear yourself think. It’s typical of just about any refrigerator I’ve ever been around if not in fact more quiet than most. Cons, you ask? It doesn’t have the butter dish in the door like the model it replaced (whoop-dee do), Well that, and if ever needed, it will take time to find the first aid kit since it been retired from the top of the fridge to the medicine cabinet. Bottom line, it’s a little more expensive than larger and more featured fridges, but it’s only one of a couple made by Whirlpool which comes in white, and has a bottom slide out freezer, The fridge stays at temperature, the freezer works great, and it’s just what the doctor ordered! ;-)

So far really love this refrigerator. Configures nicely and can't beat the bottom freezer. Very easy to clean and light is excellent. I now can see everything easily.

We had a Whirlpool refrigerator for almost 29 years before it finally gave out. We decided to replace it with another Whirlpool model, this time with the freezer on the bottom. Unfortunately Whirlpool has changed the dimensions of its refrigerators such that the one we wanted with a 21.9 cu.ft. capacity does not fit in the space we have, so we had to settle for the smaller 18.7 cu.ft. model, which is slightly smaller than our old refrigerator. We chose the stainless steel color mainly because white and black were the only other choices. As we were warned from other reviews, the stainless steel finish does show fingerprints very markedly. At first we were horrified by the amount of noise the refrigerator made, but it turned out that the installation team (contracted by Best Buy) forgot to turn off the automatic ice maker when they installed the refrigerator. I eventually realized what the problem was, so turned off the ice maker, and now the noise level of the refrigerator is fine. On the plus side, the refrigerator does keep our food properly cold, both in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Also we like the bottom freezer and top refrigerator, especially the clear shelves and drawers which allow one to see easily what is in the refrigerator. The adjustability of the shelves is good, including the shelves in the door. The biggest problem is that both the refrigerator and freezer don't utilize space very well, so that the capacity of this model is quite a bit less than our old one, which was only 0.5 cu. ft. larger based on manufacturer specifications. Finally, the biggest problem we are worried about is the durability, which we have no way to know at the present time. The salesperson said we should expect a lifetime for the unit of only 7 years or so. I hope that is not true, but if it is, it will show that this refrigerator is vastly inferior to what was manufactured 30 years ago.

This fridge is the correct size for the opening and also has the nice pullout lower unit freezer. Purchased for my mothers house, because her back issues made using the bottom of her other fridge impossible. This work great. It is well lit. She can use the freezer and the crisper now and see everything.
