A: Its the seal. I bought 6 for some apartments and had this happen to one of the units. Call for warranty service. They will come and caulk around the seal. Basically, air is getting allowing moisture in and causing the ice build up. Annoying, but simple fix.

A lot of space inside and good look outside
This is for stainless model. It is really cool good on the medium, recommended settings. Nice glass shelf space- can easily see all products and lit with led light. Door can hold fingerprints, but it is easy to wipe them off. We use Weiman Stainless steel wipes for that purpose. Can not go wrong with stainless steel color - cause it is look and feel "lighter" then if you get white or in black. Best Buy delivery was on time and change from old refrigerator was painlessly done.

Large space.. enough for my groceries. Recommended temp is just right. Freezer dont ice.. fingerprint magnet but not an issue.. just have to wipe it all the time

Good refrigerator
The refrigerator looks great and fit a lot of things inside but the top door hit with the down door and make some noise every time I close the top door I think I should call them and let them fixed But the refrigerator worth it
