Excellent quality product. Simple and nice looking with everything we need for a side by side. Lots of shelf room and bin room. Very pleased. We just had it installed in mid-March, 2020.

LOVE BEING ABLE TO GET ICE AND WATER WITH OUT OPENING DOOR AND NIGHT LIGHT IS SO AWESOME FOR NIGHT TIOME WATER FILL-UPS. COOLING N FREEZER ARE AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT! WE DID WELL BUYING THIS PRODUCT!

Runs a little loud and freezer space is small. Refrigerator space is adequate and lighting is very good. Water in door is colder then previous refrigerators. Ice crusher also works better than previous refrigerators.

Nice refrigerator. Very good water filter! Works in our space. Wish there was one more drawer for lunch meat. The ice maker does take up a lot of freezer space. And no wheels is a little strange.

received my new fridge about 2 weeks ago and we love it. it is compact but not too small, makes a ton of ice quickly and is super quiet. the only issue I have is being able to wipes the prints, off the door, handle, etc, if it is this difficult to keep clean and shiny after just a couple weeks, I cant imagine how it will look in a year,

Works good, love the size of the ice from the ice maker, but the fridge is a bit loud.

Overall very good but it seems to be much noisier than expected. It took over 4 months to get it too.

Purchased this unit in bisque 5/10/2020. Due to covid took possession on 7/26/2020. This is to be expected now days and have no issues with that. Luckily my prior refrigerator was still operating (17 years old). The quality seems good enough to me and is operating at the proper temperature. My only complaint about the unit itself is the noise that emanates from it. When running it can be heard throughout my "smallish" home. I have a decibel meter and it puts out a steady 50db while running, which is louder than my dishwasher (low 40's). Called Whirlpool to ask about this (spent an hour for my call to get thru to agent). Asked them what is normal and that isn't anything they have the least inkling of. There is not a soul at this large corporation that can answer this question. My only option was to setup an appointment with an appliance repair company. If they deem this acceptable and there is no malfunction it will cost me $120. Perhaps I could get used to this added noise but the thing runs an awful lot (probably half the time) without even opening the doors. Note that the unit cooled down properly after a few days and the room temperature is 74 so it isn't because it was still in cool down mode from the 80 degree day of delivery. Don't like being a hack but Whirlpool "customer care" is anything but. Will ponder the return of this unit, thank heavens I kept my old fridge just in case.

Great looking easy to clean very good price looks great in my kitchen

I have had my new refrigerator and couldn't be happier. Took me 2 years and 4 months to get someone to special order for me, but Best Buy delivered on the product. It was worth the wait.

We were looking for a new refrigerator and after looking at this one it fit all of our needs. Cost, size, quality, and features. This is an excellent product for us and our needs.

There aren’t many options when you are looking for something in this color. This is a great choice and a great value.

The refrigerator is to be smudge free and it shows all the finger prints. The ice maker already clogged up and only had it two weeks. It works if you need a small refrigerator.

In addition to having to wait 3 months, receiving a damaged refrigerator, and having a TERRIBLE experience with BB customer service trying to remedy these issues, the refrigerator is not the best. Machine is loud, lacking a meat tray/cold cut drawer, the water leaks from the ice/water dispenser and the drip tray is not made for preventing water from getting on the floor. Any time the kids use the ice or water, there is always some water on my hardwood floors that needs to be cleaned up (due to no fault of their own). The refrigerator is freezing my drinks despite having the setting on the "ideal" temperature. The freezer shelves are not made to store larger boxes. Overall, does the refrigerator work, yes, but I wish that there were other biscuit/bisque appliances that were available in this size.

Very satisfied with new refrigerator. Everything went extremely well from the purchase throughout the delivery. Nice guys delivered set it up with no problems. Best Buy is awesome.

Well for now it's working as advertised, no complaints at all, this is our 3rd refrigerator in in six years so hopefully this one will last longer than 3 years

Great working fridge. My total tech is the best. Of purchasing appliances or anything really highly reccomend total tech!
