This is our first experience with a counter depth side by side refrigerator. We had a full size french door refrigerator before. It is very nice having a little extra pass through room in our kitchen between the refrigerator and the island that is for sure. Since we are now empty nesters the smaller size of the refrigerator works nicely with our new lifestyle. Having the ice maker on the door of the freezer gives us an extra shelf on the freezer side which is quite nice. The refrigerator is quiet, keeps proper temperatures and the water/ice dispenser is extra tall to accommodate larger water bottles. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

Quiet, stylish and convenience of in-door ice maker and water/ice dispenser. Our new side-by-side Whirlpool is actually smaller than our former one by 3 cu. ft. (was also a Whirlpool) and have had no issues with enough space. We love it.

I Love everything about about my Whirlpool counter depth refrigerator except how noisy it is. It would be perfect except for the annoying ticking sound when it's running. I bought the 5 yr warranty so I will call Best Buy about it & see if it can be fixed. Other than that it's exactly what I wanted.

I love the sleek look of my new refrigerator. I also like the lighting on the inside of the refrigerator and on the inside of the freezer.

The fridge is quiet and dispenses both cubed and crushed ice as well as cold water very well! The convenient location of the water filter makes regular replacement convenient.

We really like this fridge. The counter size is nice cuz it gives us more room in the kitchen. The number of ounces of water poured is a nice feature we didn't know that was available on the fridge. It is a very nice looking refrigerator. The side by side is great cuz we can see what's in the freezer side easily. We had the bottom freezer before and it just gets junked up with food.

Like the side by side design and the elegant look. The counter deep size fits my kitchen tight space.

I like the appearance and shelf organization. I find the water and ice dispensers somewhat difficult to engage.
