Firstly, find and read the review “ An Engineer Reviews His New Fridge”. Second - buy a $20 digital wireless fridge thermometer on Amazon. The refrigerator is exactly what I expected from under $1k price and 25 cu.f. - it made cheaply but has great space. Ideal for a backup fridge for basement or garage. Delivery guys didn’t remove the doors to get it through basement doors but instead just removed the bottom grill and opened fridge doors one by one as the went through the 30” wide door - it worked! The fridge is a bit loud due to the fan (see pictures below), compressor noise is fine. Look at the pictures with removed back cover - they might explain some load noises as water is evaporated using a heating element similar to old electric kettles ;-). Overall, it’s simple and I hope will be reliable. Compressor- Embraco EM3Y60HLP with 5 years warranty. The thermostat is a bit of a pain - that’s why I recommend to use a digital thermometer. Overall - very happy, my first Kenmore 29 cu f fridge died while we were on vacation and the meat got rotten so bad that I had to throw the fridge out due to smell. The LG compressors used in Kenmore have defect, now I’m on the second Kenmore fridge (still the best usability) and it can die in four years as well. But at least now I don’t have to worry about all the food that would be lost if it dies, so kind of an insurance policy ;-)

I do wish it had more racks in it however it seemed like it was missing one because it had an empty space where one supposed to be but you don't get it. I like it because it doesn't have an ice maker and so you get all that extra space to put food in the freezer.

We bought this refrigerator because it is a brand that we like due to it’s durability. We love the space it has without the ice maker. It helps us save money because we buy food that are on sale and freeze it. We buy our appliances only from Best Buy because they have great customer service.

Great fridge, easy to clean, spacious and reliable design

I needed a new fridge and decided on this side by side since every person I have evert know with the icemaker on the door has had problems. There were several things that disappointed me with this box. The main one is that there are no hinge covers and actually 2 holes where the insulation was put in the box and they left this where you see insulation. This is not hygenic for cleaning. Next the grill in the front cannot be taken off unless both of the doors are open which is inconvenient for cleaning. Third, cardboard is used on the back and underneath which could easily get wet and damaged if there was a problem. I really liked the simplicity of the shelving which is easy to clean and the layout is good. However, I am having trouble with the box cooling. At first I thought I may have it too close to the wall so I pulled it out a full 5 inches but even at the highest setting, it is only registering around 40 degrees and I have food that is spoiling easily. For what I paid for this box, i expected better overall. I have scheduled a service call and am hoping that whirlpool stands behind this product since I have had it only about 8 months.

It's a budget friendly product. Works excellent, very good size. Very happy with it. The only thing I would have liked to have is a cold cut drawer which my old one had. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Love the refrigerator, great style and nice size ( 25.1 cu. ft )for the price I paid and not noisy at all to me.

I brought an open box and it worked fine at first, but 2 days in it started to make crazy noises. As for the cooling it does a great job!

It is an excellent product. I'm really enjoying the fridge and the people that installed it did a very good job.

Awesome Fridge,it fit perfectly in my kitchen, it's very quiet and gets really cold. Love it.

The right size work’s excellent the soluble doors are better in size for the design of our kitchen. Some wouldn’t work like the one with draws. Regular price was good too.

Great side by side refrigerator. Does have a low hum, but nothing annoying. Nice adjustable shelves, easy to clean.

Scratches on doors. A little bit noisy than I thought it would be.

In fairness, it's brand new to us, but the quality, the door fit, and swing, and the space along with shelving and door bins make this unit seem like one of the "best buys" we have ever made! I also need a question answered for our registration and the support was EXCELLENT, professional, very clear, and easy!! :-) At this point, we could not be happier! In the first 24 hours, everything was cold and/or freezing (fridge vs freezer). The interior organization is excellent, too! We love it!

It’s very nice and quiet. Lots of room to stock your groceries. I only have one complaint. Wish there was an extra drawer to put cold cuts and cheeses. There are only two. One for fruits and one for veggies.

The price was reasonable. Delivery was good, and the refrigerator is so far so good. One thing to tell you is that I have one missing shelf. Where do I have to contact to get it, Bestbuy or Whirlpool?

Online described product as open item acceptable. Sold in store as open item like new. I asked to price match as fridge obviously was not like new. When I asked to show me the online acceptable one store was adamant to say the fridge was improperly posted online. Fridge is used to hold medications so visual defects can be avoided but employee lying makes me not to want to make Best Buy a preferred option. Front of doors are unaligned and stained by a cleaning substance. Great for what I need it for but not worth it had I not needed a fridge that day.

DAMAGED from the start. I mean place it on my porch and plug in is considered installation. Cheaply made for the price.
